A small team that writes and runs its own work
We take a system from nothing to real users: architecture, backend, interface, containers, nginx, and reading the logs afterwards. Three platforms we build in the open, three systems running real work, all of them on the same set of architectural rules.
What we can do ourselves
All three layers of a system are ours to write. Business core in Rust or .NET, web interface in React, Next.js, Astro or Lit, and a desktop build in Avalonia when a client has to work offline. On one job the Rust core compiles to WebAssembly and runs entirely in the browser, so what ships is a folder of static files.
The infrastructure is ours too. Containerised services behind nginx on servers we administer, certificates that renew themselves, deploys that repeat. The same setup carries our own products, so when something breaks we read the logs ourselves.
AI integration we do at the mechanism level rather than stopping at an API call: quota limits stacked into fallback tiers per account, per project and per model, tool calling, and a memory store written for agents.
The company was registered in Hanoi on 29 July 2026, and the products came before that date. Abstract Driven Development came out of the loop of building for ourselves and carrying it into client work. It is MIT licensed and every rule is there to read.
The team is deliberately small. The person you talk to is the person writing your code.

Deploy first, discuss after
Software that has not run in production is software nobody has checked. We deploy early and keep it alive.
Architecture you can read
Every module has the same structure. A new engineer or an AI agent works out the path without a guide.
The whole stack is ours
We write the code, containerise it, put it behind nginx and read the logs ourselves. Nothing falls through a handover gap.
Straight status reports
Estimates and progress reflect the real state of things. If something slips, you hear it from us first.
