A small team that ships production software
PGIM is a Vietnamese software outsourcing company. We design, build and operate systems — and we run our own products on the same stack and the same standards we bring to client work.
How we work
We were registered in Hanoi on 29 July 2026, but the products we run were not built overnight. Our legal AI assistant, our API gateway and our open-source architecture were all in production before the company had a letterhead.
That is the shape of how we work. We build the thing, run it against real users, and use what we learn to make the next client project shorter and safer. Our architecture, Abstract Driven Development, came out of exactly that loop — it is open source and you can read every rule of it.
We are deliberately small. You talk to the engineers writing your code, not to an account layer above them.

Software that is not running in production has not been tested. We deploy early and keep it up.

One consistent structure across every module, so a new engineer — or an AI agent — can find their way without a tour.
Own the whole stack
We write the code, containerise it, put it behind nginx and watch the logs. No handoff gap.
